A U.S.-based healthcare provider aimed to launch a pediatric app that combines traditional care, AI, and education to support holistic child and family wellness. The company had previously engaged a development team for their project and was moving toward release, with plans for additional features post-launch. We led a structured discovery phase that combined product strategy, UX design, and technical planning, allowing the client to move forward with confidence, clarity, and reduced risk. - VBS document and roadmap: A detailed Vision-Blueprint-Scope (VBS) document captured functional and non-functional requirements, user personas, success criteria, and precise development estimates, giving the company a clear delivery roadmap
