TurtleHealth, a promising healthcare startup, launched an innovative hardware solution for at-home fertility testing. They also had plans to develop a comprehensive platform that included a website and patient portals. Unfortunately, the company initially faced challenges with an outsourcing partner who struggled to deliver quality code within the deadlines.
The TurtleHealth team was unable to effectively collaborate with the outsourcing company and make the project a success. Luckily, Glorium stepped in with a high level of expertise in healthcare and development processes, taking over the project and delivering the necessary deliverables.

This system provides clear insights into their fertility, helping patients gauge their readiness to conceive a baby and understand their fertility results comprehensively.
From Concept to Completion: Our Comprehensive Implementation Process
As our team comprehensively understood the flow from start to finish, the next step was seamlessly integrating it into real-life software.
Our primary focus was the patient experience. We initiated the project by developing an interactive health intake form. This form was meticulously designed to capture the essential details of patients, understanding their aspirations for family planning, and gauging their present health conditions.
Our development team integrated a dedicated feature that would deliver fertility results in an intuitive and efficient manner. But the rock star of this feature was our automated rules engine. This advanced system was engineered to collate all the input data, thereby generating a comprehensive fertility report. The objective was clear: accuracy combined with actionable insights.
Glorium developers incorporated a learning platform into the system. This platform aimed to provide users with essential resources, knowledge, and guidance on their fertility journey, ensuring that they weren’t just recipients of results but well-informed participants in their health journey.
We always ensure seamless operations and administrative oversight, so this case was not an exception. So the team developed an Admin Portal, tailored for the managerial needs of TurtleHealth. Parallelly, the team introduced the Provider Portal, exclusively designed to assist doctors in their clinical processes, allowing them to validate and advise on the generated reports efficiently.
Furthermore, understanding the logistical intricacies of the healthcare domain, we implemented an Order Management Panel. This utility ensured efficient tracking, dispatch, and management of devices, reports, and other critical components.
Behind the scenes, we have powered the entire infrastructure with a robust tech stack. We employed Angular for its versatile frontend capabilities, combined with the resilience of Spring Boot. The content management was adeptly handled by WordPress, while MySQL was chosen for its reliable database management properties. To ensure scalability and reliability, we leveraged the advanced cloud solutions provided by AWS services.

The Glorium team introduced a system with a user-friendly web portal that streamlines the self-testing process, allowing women or couples to gauge their readiness for pregnancy by assessing fertility. The process utilizes a specialized ultrasound device mailed directly to the user. Along with this, a comprehensive health survey can be completed online through our portal. Every step of communication and testing is remote.
Once all required data is collected, including health intake, fertility ultrasound scans, blood tests, and a doctor’s review, our system creates a comprehensive report for the patient. It is then up to the clinician to verify the provided information.
