Getplume is a telemedicine project that provides gender-affirming care from home. It is the largest healthcare provider to the trans and nonbinary community in the US.
The product is represented as a combination of white-label solutions and automated integrations between them to establish comprehensive clinical workflows.
The project is represented by the following white labels:
Healthie – Patient Portal
Elation –  EHR platform
Apero – the platform for insurance eligibility checks
Freshdesk – the ticketing system that is used by the Care Team to support patients
Freshchat – the messaging platform integrated into Healthie that allows patients to communicate with the Care Team on the Patient Portal
