Getplume is a telemedicine project that provides gender-affirming care from home. It is the largest healthcare provider to the trans and nonbinary community in the US.
The product is represented as a combination of white-label solutions and automated integrations between them to establish comprehensive clinical workflows.

Healthie – Patient Portal
Elation – EHR platform
Apero – the platform for insurance eligibility checks
Freshdesk – the ticketing system that is used by the Care Team to support patients
Freshchat – the messaging platform integrated into Healthie that allows patients to communicate with the Care Team on the Patient Portal

Solution
The Glorium team is represented by the following roles:
Product Management – responsible for the Billing projects and enabling sound accounting practices through the development of Plume DTC billing system. Also, this team is responsible for the Patient Portal configurations.
QA Team – supports Plume engineering teams by ensuring the quality of developed automations
Data Team – helps Plume with transforming available data into valuable dashboards that consist of important business metrics
