Client Background
Our client, a leading tech company, excels in delivering tailored solutions designed for large organizations, including government authorities. With a strong focus on managing intricate software projects, they build customized software and handle data for various IT requirements.
Their experience extends to creating security systems that include facial recognition, visitor background and eligibility check, defining access levels, and reporting.
Challenge
The client needed assistance in developing a modern visitor management system for secured facilities. The initial project aimed to create the app for a single object that could later be scaled for the entire network. A visitor planning to attend the venue should have the ability to sign up, get additional information about access requirements and criteria, go through the validation process, and get a pass to enter the restricted area.
To launch the product, the client needed to ensure that the solution met the necessary requirements to operate on a secure government network and handle personal information, particularly ATO IL 4. For this purpose, it should undergo a rigorous audit and obtain the required approvals.
Solution
Our team developed the product prototype for a single location and continues working on its implementation and scaling a local solution for the entire network.
