When you’re selecting your outsourcing vendor, you also need to make sure the one you choose has a comparable culture to your own company. If you don’t do this, you’re risking running into certain issues such as:

• Collaboration
• Speed of execution

If you choose a big vendor, your company will probably just be a number and not significant to them. But if you choose a small vendor, you can face issues such as:

• Processes not established
• Poor quality assurance
• Inaccurate documentation

Be careful here. Make sure that the company you choose matches your culture.

For reference, an outsourcing company of roughly 100 people is not considered bigand would probably match a company with 20 to 50 people.
