Catherine Brinkman, a 15-year veteran with Dale Carnegie is Vice President of Client Experience for their New York City office. As Dale Carnegie continues its digital transformation Catherine works to champion the initiative across their global network. She is the 2022 recipient of Reworked Collaboration Excellence Award for her work around Dale Carnegie’s new online LMS platform. Catherine also has extensive experience selling RPA software at an enterprise level into the contact center and financial verticals. In January 2021, she was appointed to be on the advisory board for the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Her focus is how RPA and digital transformation will influence sales cultures.
