About speaker

Dipti Salopek is an HR executive with 20+ years experience, including more than 10 years in high growth tech startups. At Snyk, a developer-first cyber security firm, having overseen hypergrowth from 100-800 employees in 2 years, Dipti is currently the VP, Learning & Growth at Snyk, where she leads Snyk’s Learning & Growth strategy, with a strong focus on coaching leaders through growth. Prior to joining Snyk, Dipti held a variety of positions leading HR strategy, M&A and talent at Etsy, Criteo, American Express and Avanade. Dipti received her undergraduate and post graduate degrees whilst living in London, at the London School of Economics and University of Westminster respectively.
