It’s Time to Help: H-Days in Glorium Technologies

Glorium Technologies can’t ignore the current severe humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. These days, every business that has connections with Ukraine tries to contribute to helping certain sectors of the economy of the country suffering from war aggression.

Therefore, Dmitriy Stepanov, the CTO at Glorium Technologies, initiated the support of the citizens of Ukraine. We created the initiative called H-Days (Humanitarian Days). The first H-Days were May 2, 2022, and May 9, 2022: the National Holidays in Ukraine.

According to the suggested plan, our colleagues were offered to work during the national holidays and our Humanitarian-days – on their official days off. The total pay-off earned during these days was suggested to be donated to charity funds dedicated to help Ukraine.

Almost all our teams took part and generated around $20,000 in funds. All client proceedings earned by employees were donated to the Umana charity fund for purchase of medical equipment for Ukrainian hospitals and help with the Ukraine humanitarian crisis.

Glorium Technologies takes part in contributing to the overall goal of bringing victory to Ukraine in the fighting for freedom and encourages other software outsourcing companies to join the initiative and take an active part in fundraising for Ukraine on June, 13th, and June, 28th — next National holidays in Ukraine.

We want to expose our initiative to others and encourage other software outsourcing companies to be conscious of their high social responsibility and take an active part in fundraising for Ukraine.
