How Glorium Technologies’ People Bring Us Closer to Ukraine’s Victory

Due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, an event that shook the world, we’ve taken our commitment to a new level.
From the beginning of 2022, our focus was clear – support and empower our team members who actively volunteer. Under this initiative, every Glorium team member involved in volunteer work receives compensation for the time they dedicate to these noble causes. In essence, we have monetarily recognized and rewarded the selfless actions of our employees, validating their commitment to making a difference.
This approach has yielded remarkable results. Since March 2022, every month, our compassionate team members have consistently clocked the hours in various volunteering activities. They’ve devoted hundreds of hours, directly impacting and uplifting numerous lives.
Our people have been seen assisting in relief efforts, contributing to community programs and being active in various humanitarian projects. Behind these individual efforts, Glorium Technologies has proudly stood as a supporting pillar, ensuring financial concerns or work pressures do not hinder their endeavors.

Since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, our volunteers have played a big role in aiding Ukraine’s resistance and relief efforts. Developer Bogdan Tushevskiy took the initiative to join the cyber defense unit. Beyond that, he has been instrumental in delivering medications and humanitarian supplies, particularly to the civilian population of occupied regions, such as Zaporizhia and Donetsk.
I deeply appreciate Glorium Technologies’ unwavering support and pioneering initiative to compensate for volunteer hours. Their commitment acknowledges our volunteering efforts and fuels our drive to make a difference. Their initiative to compensate for volunteer hours is more than words. It truly embodies our shared goal – to make the world a better place. This support has allowed me to dedicate more time and energy to volunteer work, knowing that my company stands behind me, ready to assist and inspire.

Bogdan didn’t stop there. He established a hub for his volunteer organization in Uzhhorod, aimed at collecting supplies both for the military and civilian relief. Collaborating with audiences in Western Europe, every month he and his friends undertake journeys to areas experiencing active combat.
In their one-and-a-half years of volunteering, they have delivered cars, generators, thermal imaging equipment, drones, warm clothing, first aid kits, food packages, gas burners, gas cylinders, and radios. Highlighting their exceptional dedication, in September 2023 alone, Bogdan and his fellow volunteers delivered supplies worth 700,000 UAH. Just in the past month, they handed over 7 Starlink systems.
Serving in the Volyn Military Administration Coordination Center, Serhii Malyshev has been pivotal in receiving European humanitarian consignments. Beyond just receiving, he has been relentlessly seeking volunteers to efficiently distribute and deliver these critical resources.
Journeying to the heart of conflict zones with his comrades, Serhii and his friends have ensured that essential items like first aid kits, power banks, tactical attire, and food reach the hands of the military personnel. Beyond just supply runs, he has initiated and managed vehicle fundraising drives, fortifying the front lines’ resources.
I want to express my deep gratitude to my company, Glorium Technologies, for their inspiring initiative and active support of my volunteer activities. Since I decided to join the volunteers, my company has become an integral part of this journey. Thanks to their support and initiative, I am a part of something much more significant – a part of a movement towards a better future for all of us.
