You’ll be joining a team building a platform used by healthcare providers to manage operations end-to-end — scheduling, billing, documentation, and more. Quality isn’t a checkbox here; it’s what keeps the product trustworthy. Your work will directly shape how stable and compliant the product stays as it grows.

Does this relate to you?

• 4+ years of commercial manual testing experience on web applications, with solid coverage across multiple modules or product areas.
• Deep knowledge of QA principles and testing techniques — you know when to apply boundary testing, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing, and why it matters.
• Proven track record of creating and maintaining structured test documentation: test plans, test cases, and STD — not just filling templates, but building coverage that actually catches things.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills — you dig into issues, trace root causes, and communicate findings clearly to developers and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and challenge requirements — you spot ambiguities before they become bugs in production.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or above — enough to communicate requirements and findings clearly in writing and in team discussions.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar) to keep documentation and reporting tight.
• Experience with JMeter and hands-on use of AI-powered testing tools (e.g., for test case generation or coverage analysis) is a strong plus.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own test coverage across multiple product modules — building, maintaining, and continuously improving test cases and test plans.
• Drive defect detection by performing thorough manual testing of web application flows, from isolated features to end-to-end healthcare scenarios.
• Ensure requirements are testable — analyze documentation, flag gaps early, and translate specs into structured test documentation.
• Keep the team aligned on quality by actively participating in planning sessions, syncs, and issue resolution discussions.
