Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years of commercial experience in manual testing of web applications — you know how to find the edge cases that matter.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API testing.
• Deep knowledge of QA principles and testing techniques, with hands-on experience writing test plans, test cases, and structured test documentation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills — you don’t just log a bug, you understand what caused it and what it affects.
• Comfortable analyzing requirements for completeness and testability, including end-to-end workflows in complex domains like healthcare.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or above — enough to communicate requirements, findings, and blockers clearly in writing and in team discussions.
• An active user of AI tools who applies them to accelerate test case generation, documentation, and routine QA tasks — and is genuinely curious about where AI-driven testing is heading.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Own test coverage across multiple web application modules — building and maintaining test cases that reflect real-world usage, not just happy paths.
• Drive issue detection and resolution by performing rigorous manual testing, reporting findings clearly, and following through until bugs are closed.
• Ensure requirements are testable — analyze documentation early, flag gaps, and translate specs into structured test plans.
• Shape quality practices within the team by actively contributing during planning sessions, syncs, and reviews.
