- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B software sales, especially custom solutions, IT services, or SaaS.
- Experience successfully closing high-value deals with small to medium businesses.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a closing-focused mindset.
- Confidence in communicating with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to run independent, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, social media, phone).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, charisma, creativity, and proactive engagement.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems to manage opportunities and forecasts.
- High personal responsibility, honesty, and transparency in professional conduct.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong, Apollo, or similar) to enhance outreach, research, and sales efficiency.
A new team member will be in charge of:

Own the full sales cycle — from discovery calls and solution presentations to proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.

Drive outbound and inbound lead generation via LinkedIn, LemList, email, phone, and other channels to build a qualified pipeline.

Lead pipeline management and revenue forecasting accurately using CRM and automation tools.Build and sustain strong executive relationships with decision-makers (C-Level, VPs, Directors, business owners).

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in target markets (tech and AI in healthcare, real estate, fintech, and ERP-based business automation).

Shape tailored solution recommendations by deeply understanding client business goals and challenges.

Position Glorium as a trusted partner in digital and business transformation initiatives.

Ensure consistent achievement and exceeding of quarterly and annual sales targets.

Partner with marketing to refine messaging and capture high-quality inbound interest.

Represent Glorium at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.

Drive alignment between proposals and customer needs in close coordination with delivery and technical teams.

Own contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and customer onboarding support.
