We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join our Commercial Real Estate project.

Does this relate to you?

• Experience in BA 5+ years
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) for US market
• Advanced English, both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical skills and critical thinking to process information from different sources
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
• Self-motivated and well-organized, able to set clear goals and priorities and execute them
• High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
• Experience in notating business process/workflow
• Experience with prototyping tools

Nice to have:

• Technical background as PM, Dev, QA, Designer
• Processes improvement experience
• Experience with Property Management Systems

About the project:

Project is an asset and portfolio management platform that centralizes operational and financial data.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Participating in gathering and creation of requirements
• Bridging business, support and technical sides of the company
• Clarifying requirements, ensuring clarity and sufficiency of those. Managing change requests
• Specifying requirements as User Stories & Tasks to guide new features development. Support team in requirements clarifications
• Participating in review of backlog, work on road-map and prioritization for upcoming releases
• Participating in Agile ceremonies
• Proactively identifying and effectively assessing improvement opportunities

Additional information:

Working hours until 8-9 p.m. (CET) with some rare calls until 11 p.m.
