We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads, initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients, and help drive revenue growth in the B2B segment in the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound prospecting, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT outsourcing industry. 

Does this relate to you?

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in IT outsourcing or software development services).
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• English is advanced.

A new team member will be in charge of:

•  Research and identify potential clients in the US market within the B2B segment.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate interest.
•  Qualify leads through discovery calls and assess their business needs.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with key decision-makers.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Additional information:

• Flexible schedule with demand to be available for calls with clients between 9am-2pm MST.
