Does this relate to you?

• At least 1 year of experience in an SEO-related role (link building, outreach, or similar position).
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach purposes.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; capable of creating functional formulas and managing databases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
• Experience building and maintaining contact databases.
• Skilled at communication and relationship building with website owners and administrators.
• A proactive problem-solver who knows how to find relevant information and contact details efficiently.
• English is B1 at least.

Nice to  Have:

• Experience with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Majestic, Semrush, or Serpstat.
• Understanding of domain metrics such as DR, UR, TF, and CF.
• Experience with email outreach tools or CRM systems.
• Background in content marketing or digital PR.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies across multiple international markets through personalized outreach.
• Identify and reach out to website owners, editors, and administrators to secure quality backlinks.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of site administrators, contacts, and outreach opportunities.
• Write compelling outreach emails and SEO-optimized content to support link-building initiatives.
• Conduct detailed competitor research and backlink audits.
• Track outreach campaigns, response rates, and link acquisition metrics.
• Monitor and report on link performance and quality.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve overall SEO results.
• Ensure all SEO practices align with Google’s guidelines and best practice.
