We’re looking for an autonomous, results-driven SEO Specialist to join our B2B custom software development team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of organic growth with complete trust and independence — defining strategy, managing budgets, and driving key business metrics. We embrace a modern approach to SEO, giving you full autonomy to automate routine workflows using AI and low-code/no-code tools, all supported by dedicated copywriting, link-building, and dev resources.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Owning end-to-end SEO strategy and OKRs across company projects, taking full responsibility for performance and execution without hand-holding.
• Planning and managing link-building strategies and guiding execution.
• Managing technical SEO: auditing, setting priority fixes, and creating clear, well-structured documentation/specs for developers, copywriters, and AI workflows.
• Building content and on-page direction, including entity-based optimization and internal linking.
• Building and scaling process automation using custom scripts, low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n), or AI agents.
• Tracking and expanding brand visibility across GEO and generative search engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).

Does this relate to you?

• 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or IT services.
• High proficiency with standard SEO stack: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs / Semrush.
• Deep knowledge of GEO, AI Overviews, zero-click search, E-E-A-T, and entity optimization.
• Solid technical SEO base: crawlability, indexation, JS rendering, HTML/CSS basics, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Hands-on ability to automate routine workflows using scripts, low-code/no-code tools (e.g., n8n), or AI engines/Codex.
• Proactive mindset and full autonomy: ability to evaluate OKRs, forecast realistic growth, and execute plans independently.
• English — B2.

• Experience managing SEO across multiple domains, particularly in healthcare, fintech, or software development.
