A new team member will be in charge of:

• Drive Discovery sessions, interviews, and research to transform ambiguous client requests into clear scope definitions, user stories, and initial roadmaps
• Shape tailored solutions by partnering with sales and business development teams to deeply understand client needs
• Own the creation of proposals — including solution overviews, technical requirements, budgets, and timelines — that move deals forward
• Lead client meetings to present proposed solutions and confidently clarify technical and business approaches to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams to define cost-effective and feasible solutions aligned with client goals
• Build competitive intelligence by researching markets and competitors to keep our offerings sharp and relevant
• Ensure a smooth handover of requirements to delivery and project teams during the first months of a project
• Be available for occasional pre-sales calls with clients between 6–8 PM CET

Does this relate to you?

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or consulting, with a focus on pre-sales
• Proven experience in planning and leading Discovery phases to shape vague ideas into structured project scopes and MVPs
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate client requests into functional specifications
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Client-centric approach, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) to accelerate research, documentation, and proposal drafting
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
