Has 3+ years of real Odoo implementation experience (Odoo 16+ preferred).

Understands core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM).

Knows how to talk to business users and translate their needs into system logic.

Has strong communication skills and can explain complex concepts in clear, simple language.

Can work independently and take ownership.

A new team member will be in charge of:

Analyzing client workflows and identifying optimization opportunities within Odoo.

Running discovery workshops and gathering business requirements.

Designing and configuring Odoo modules based on real business needs.

Preparing clear functional specifications for the development team when customization is required.

Coordinating with the dev team on integrations and custom features.

Overseeing data migration (ensuring data mapping and validation are spot on).

Training key users and ensuring smooth system adoption.
