We are looking for a  Project Manager with a strong technical background and experience in pre-sales to join our team. This role involves managing complex IT projects , working with cross-functional teams, and directly engaging with clients to align project outcomes with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technology, project lifecycle management, and a proven ability to support the pre-sales process to drive project success

Does this relate to you?

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT  outsource projects
• Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, BA, QA) is highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities and client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• English is upper-intermediate or advanced

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including client consultations, technical solution development, and crafting proposals
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication to manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction
• Oversee risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and team performance
• Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives
