You\u2019ll work with a strong, ambitious team, lead end-to-end Odoo and AI solutions for established US enterprise clients, and build a high-profile international portfolio with full project ownership.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>What you\u2019ll actually be doing:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing end-to-end delivery of Odoo ERP projects across implementation, go-live, and support stages<\/li>\n<li>Serving as the primary client contact, handling requirement alignment, scope management, and transparent expectation setting<\/li>\n<li>Controlling project budgets, scope creep, and change requests to ensure sustainable delivery<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining backlogs, timelines, and deliverables in JIRA and ClickUp<\/li>\n<li>Checking team hours, validating estimations against actuals, and preparing monthly billing reports<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating cross-functional alignment between Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects<\/li>\n<li>Planning and coordinating go-live strategies and rollout readiness<\/li>\n<li>Incorporating proprietary AI automation tools and custom extensions into Odoo workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>We\u2019re looking for someone who:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Has proven experience managing complex Odoo ERP implementations<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates strong client management and solution-oriented problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Combines Project Management with strong Business Analysis skills (ability to dive into business logic, workflow mapping, and solution design)<\/li>\n<li>Has hands-on experience with project budgeting, estimations, and JIRA\/ClickUp<\/li>\n<li>Is willing and eligible for short-term business trips to the US for client meetings and on-site go-live phases<\/li>\n<li>Brings solid leadership skills focused on team alignment and clear stakeholder communication<\/li>\n<li>Actively uses AI tools in daily project management workflows<\/li>\n<li>Speaks English at an Advanced level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><span><strong>How We Support Your Success:<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Remote or hybrid?
