A new team member will be in charge of:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Drive Discovery sessions, interviews, and research to transform ambiguous client requests into clear scope definitions, user stories, and initial roadmaps<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Shape tailored solutions by partnering with sales and business development teams to deeply understand client needs<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Own the creation of proposals \u2014 including solution overviews, technical requirements, budgets, and timelines \u2014 that move deals forward<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lead client meetings to present proposed solutions and confidently clarify technical and business approaches to non-technical stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define cost-effective and feasible solutions aligned with client goals<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build competitive intelligence by researching markets and competitors to keep our offerings sharp and relevant<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure a smooth handover of requirements to delivery and project teams during the first months of a project<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Be available for occasional pre-sales calls with clients between 6\u20138 PM CET<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, or consulting, with a focus on pre-sales<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven experience in planning and leading Discovery phases to shape vague ideas into structured project scopes and MVPs<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate client requests into functional specifications<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Client-centric approach, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) to accelerate research, documentation, and proposal drafting<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
