The Pre-Sales team owns the full bid lifecycle: from opportunity discovery and qualification through proposal preparation and submission. Core verticals are Healthcare IT, Construction\/Real Estate Tech, and ERP\/Enterprise Software. This role sits at\u00a0the center of\u00a0that process\u00a0\u2014 turning raw procurement documents into structured, submission-ready proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Does this relate to you?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+\u00a0years as\u00a0a\u00a0Business Analyst or\u00a0PM in\u00a0software development, consulting, or\u00a0pre-sales\u00a0\u2014 with hands-on RFP\/RFI response experience as\u00a0a\u00a0core part of\u00a0the role.<\/li>\n<li>Able to\u00a0produce the full range of\u00a0BA proposal deliverables from raw procurement documents: requirements summaries, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, scope descriptions, and assumptions logs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical judgment\u00a0\u2014 you can extract signal from dense, ambiguous procurement documents, identify what\u2019s missing, and structure it\u00a0into actionable proposal content under deadline pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of\u00a0SDLC and how pre-sales work connects to\u00a0delivery\u00a0\u2014 you know what a\u00a0realistic scope looks like and can spot when a\u00a0bid is\u00a0set up\u00a0to\u00a0fail.<\/li>\n<li>Daily AI\u00a0tool user\u00a0\u2014 you use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or\u00a0similar) for document parsing, requirements extraction, drafting, and research. Prompt engineering is\u00a0part of\u00a0how you work, not an\u00a0experiment.<\/li>\n<li>Upper-Intermediate English or\u00a0above\u00a0\u2014 enough to\u00a0write clear proposal content, run client Q&amp;A sessions, and communicate requirements to\u00a0both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on with prototyping: Figma basics plus experience generating clickable\u00a0UI concepts via Claude Artifacts, Lovable, Base44, Bolt, or\u00a0equivalent is\u00a0a\u00a0strong plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A new team member will be in charge of:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own bid qualification decisions\u00a0\u2014 screen incoming RFPs and RFIs against the Tier A\u2014D framework and produce bid\/no-bid recommendations with clear rationale.<\/li>\n<li>Drive proposal content from scratch\u00a0\u2014 extract requirements, map scope gaps, flag knockout criteria, and produce\u00a0BA deliverables: user stories, process flows, feature breakdowns, and assumptions logs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate stakeholder inputs across Tech Lead, Solution Architect, PM, Legal, and HR\u00a0\u2014 on\u00a0a\u00a0per-bid basis, under real submission deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Lead early-stage solution visualization\u00a0\u2014 create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes to\u00a0illustrate proposed approaches without waiting on\u00a0a\u00a0designer.<\/li>\n<li>Use AI\u00a0tools as\u00a0a\u00a0primary work layer\u00a0\u2014 for document analysis, requirements extraction, prototype generation, and proposal drafting at\u00a0speed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How We Support Your Success:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Remote or hybrid?
