This role exists to make sure our clients are inside those answers \u2014 not invisible to them. You&#8217;ll own GEO end-to-end: auditing content for AI retrievability, building entity coverage, shaping how information is structured so language models can extract and cite it reliably. You&#8217;ll also maintain solid traditional SEO foundations in parallel, because both disciplines are still in play.<\/p>\n<h3>Does this relate to you?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on GEO experience \u2014 you understand how LLMs source content in practice, not just in theory; prior SEO with active GEO experimentation is fully valid.<\/li>\n<li>Strong SEO fundamentals: technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword research \u2014 you can run this independently.<\/li>\n<li>You know how to structure content for machine readability: semantic hierarchy, extractable answer formats, clean entity coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of what makes content citation-worthy inside generative systems \u2014 and what gets ignored.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not just as an experiment.<\/li>\n<li>Link building experience plus especially building off-site authority that feeds both traditional and AI-driven discovery.<\/li>\n<li>English is Upper-Intermediate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A new team member will be in charge of:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead GEO strategy from audit to execution \u2014 entity mapping, semantic architecture, and content structuring for AI retrievability.<\/li>\n<li>Shape how content is written and organized so LLMs can extract, surface, and cite it: clear heading hierarchies, modular answer formats, entity-rich copy.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor how models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini retrieve and represent brand content \u2014 then turn findings into concrete changes.<\/li>\n<li>Run traditional SEO execution in parallel: technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy \u2014 keeping the foundation strong as discovery shifts.<\/li>\n<li>Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) actively to test prompts, validate visibility, and pressure-test content across AI search surfaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><strong>Ready to try your hand?
