    Has 3+ years of real Odoo implementation experience (Odoo 16+ preferred).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Understands core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Knows how to talk to business users and translate their needs into system logic.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Has strong communication skills and can explain complex concepts in clear, simple language.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Can work independently and take ownership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Speaks English at an advanced level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A new team member will be in charge of:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Analyzing client workflows and identifying optimization opportunities within Odoo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Running discovery workshops and gathering business requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Designing and configuring Odoo modules based on real business needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Preparing clear functional specifications for the development team when customization is required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Coordinating with the dev team on integrations and custom features.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Overseeing data migration (ensuring data mapping and validation are spot on).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Training key users and ensuring smooth system adoption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Documenting functional workflows and instructions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
