Your work will directly shape how stable and compliant the product stays as it grows.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Does this relate to you?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span>4+ years of commercial manual testing experience on web applications, with solid coverage across multiple modules or product areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Deep knowledge of QA principles and testing techniques \u2014 you know when to apply boundary testing, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing, and why it matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Proven track record of creating and maintaining structured test documentation: test plans, test cases, and STD \u2014 not just filling templates, but building coverage that actually catches things.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills \u2014 you dig into issues, trace root causes, and communicate findings clearly to developers and stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ability to read and challenge requirements \u2014 you spot ambiguities before they become bugs in production.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or above \u2014 enough to communicate requirements and findings clearly in writing and in team discussions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar) to keep documentation and reporting tight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Experience with JMeter and hands-on use of AI-powered testing tools (e.g., for test case generation or coverage analysis) is a strong plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A new team member will be in charge of:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Own test coverage across multiple product modules \u2014 building, maintaining, and continuously improving test cases and test plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Drive defect detection by performing thorough manual testing of web application flows, from isolated features to end-to-end healthcare scenarios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ensure requirements are testable \u2014 analyze documentation, flag gaps early, and translate specs into structured test documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Keep the team aligned on quality by actively participating in planning sessions, syncs, and issue resolution discussions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How We Support Your Success:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Remote or hybrid?
