This role sits at the intersection of event marketing, community management, and partner marketing \u2014 so you&#8217;ll need to be equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing hands-on.<\/p>\n<h4><strong style=\"color: #232323; font-family: Muli; font-size: 36px;\">A new team member will be in charge of:<\/strong><br \/>\nOnline Events &amp; Webinars<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, online conferences, and virtual meetups: topic ideation, speaker management, platform setup, promotion, and follow-up<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain an events content calendar in collaboration with product and content marketing teams<\/li>\n<li>Manage event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Hopin, StreamYard, or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze key event metrics: registrations, attendance, engagement, and lead conversion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h4>Community Management<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Grow and moderate a professional community (Telegram, LinkedIn, Slack, or a dedicated platform)<\/li>\n<li>Drive engagement through community activities: Q&amp;A sessions, expert discussions, networking<\/li>\n<li>Identify and work with brand ambassadors and niche thought leaders<\/li>\n<li>Monitor community sentiment and gather ongoing audience feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h4>Partnerships &amp; Co-Marketing<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Source and develop partnerships for joint activities: co-hosted webinars, guest content, audience co-promotion<\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations with partners and align on terms for joint campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate co-marketing execution: briefings, timelines, assets, and placements<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership collaborations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Does this relate to you?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Must-have:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20134 years of experience in event marketing, community management, or related fields \u2014 preferably in B2B<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of independently running online events with 100+ attendees<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of the B2B funnel and how events and community contribute to lead generation and retention<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven mindset: able to build reports, draw conclusions, and propose improvements<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills \u2014 comfortable working with partners, speakers, and community members<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with event and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing tools<\/li>\n<li>Basic analytics skills (GA4, Amplitude, or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing professional communities on LinkedIn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<h4>Nice to have: Understanding of content marketing and SEO principles<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Key Traits<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive \u2014 spots opportunities and brings ideas without waiting to be asked<\/li>\n<li>Organized \u2014 manages multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball<\/li>\n<li>Relationship-oriented \u2014 treats community members and partners as long-term relationships, not one-off contacts<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive \u2014 able to negotiate and build trust with external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Already looks interesting?
