We\u2019re looking for an Odoo 16+ expert to lead the technical evolution of our business-critical ERP ecosystem. This role starts as a flexible part-time position<\/b> with a clear transition to full-time<\/b> as you take ownership of our architecture, mentor the team, and drive engineering excellence. If you have 3+ years of Odoo experience and a leadership mindset, join us to build a scalable, high-performance platform from the ground up.<\/p>\n

A new team member will be in charge of:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Odoo solutions aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Building and customizing Odoo modules, improving existing implementations, and keeping the codebase clean and maintainable.<\/li>\n
  • Driving architectural decision-making to ensure a robust, future-proof system structure.<\/li>\n
  • Optimizing system performance and troubleshooting complex production issues.<\/li>\n
  • Enforcing development best practices, including coding standards, testing discipline, and documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring consistent delivery quality across the team.<\/li>\n
  • Leading the technical direction of Odoo initiatives and supporting predictable, high-quality releases.<\/li>\n
  • Mentoring team members and contributing to team growth through guidance and knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Does this relate to you?<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 3+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience (Odoo 16+ preferred).<\/li>\n
    • Strong Python skills and deep understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, and module structure.<\/li>\n
    • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling in business applications.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and make pragmatic technical decisions.<\/li>\n
    • Confidence in running code reviews and raising overall engineering standards.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with Git and CI\/CD workflows.<\/li>\n
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.<\/li>\n
    • English is Upper-intermediate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Nice to have: <\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Performance optimization experience, third-party integrations (APIs\/REST\/XML-RPC), and strong Odoo frontend expertise (a significant advantage).<\/li>\n
