We are looking for a Middle PM/SM who will join the team for one of our real estate projects.

Does this relate to you?

• Experience in PM/SM 3+ years
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills and critical thinking to process information from different sources
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
• Self-motivated and well-organized, able to set clear goals and priorities and execute them
• High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
• Experience in notating business process/workflow
• Experience with project management

Nice to have:

• Technical background as Dev, QA
• Processes improvement experience
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is a big plus

About the project:

Project is an asset and portfolio management platform that centralizes operational and financial data. It allows better visualization and analysis performance. It streamlines manual reporting by removing data silos across the entire organization. It leverages asset management software in order to scale the business and boost operational efficiency. Working hours until 3-4 p.m (Eastern Time).

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Maximizing the team’s ability to deliver value by assessing risk and removing internal and external blockers
• Ensuring daily Scrum occurs and formulating daily action items as a result of any impediments raised by the team
• Co-Facilitating team refinement and sprint planning along with the BA(s) or Product Manager (focus on timeboxing, linking dependencies, etc.) by performing sanity checks on tasks and estimations
• Ensuring Sprint Goals are defined and agreed upon during sprint planning
• Facilitation of effective Sprint Retrospectives to drive the Delivery Team toward continuous improvement with the creation and commitment of reasonable action items
• Monitoring team Jira board and team Dashboards, communicating with the Delivery team to ensure steady work throughput
• Acting as an escalation point for Delivery teams. Identifies team(s) risks and issues that impact sprint delivery timeline, and scope
• Co-Managing team calendar by coordinating all team ceremonies and inter-team dependency meetings
• Manages team-level dependencies by ensuring Jira tickets are linked to related tickets, and that related tickets are completed before a team commits to new work
• Works with other Scrum Masters(s) and communicates with leads about cross-team dependencies
• Ensures new team members are introduced to their teams, are included in team ceremonies, have 1:1s with relevant team members and are added to respective team channels
• Monitors team morale and checks in on the mental health of their teams, mitigating or escalating any potential burnout
