We are looking for a Data Engineer who will join our team.

Does this relate to you?

• Ability to work till 12:00 MST (21:00 Kyiv time), and attend relevant meetings during that time
• Alignment with our mission (will fill in later)
• Advanced-expert level competency in Python, SQL, GoLang
• Intermediate level competency Docker/Kubernetes
• 2+ years of experience in data architecture, including knowledge of industry standards and best practices (5+ years of experience is preferred)
• 2+ years of experience configuring data warehouses and supporting ETL pipelines
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including providing guidance to engineers and providing technical oversight to other engineers when they get stuck on technical details
• 1+ years of experience working with product managers to break down projects into actionable items and take them through to completion

About the project:

This is a trans healthcare project which offers gender-affirming services for 1 million transgender individuals in 45 states.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Creating and maintaining data architectures in line with industry standards and best practices
• Configuring data warehouses and ETL pipelines according to company requirements
• Providing guidance and thought leadership to other engineers
• Collaborating with product managers to break down projects into actionable items
• Providing technical oversight and assistance to other engineers when required
• Ensuring that all data architectures, warehouses, and pipelines meet company standards and quality assurance protocols
