• Ability to work till 12:00 MST (21:00 CET time), and attend relevant meetings during that time
• 1+ years of  Solid experience in DBT (Data Build Tool) and proficiency in transforming and modeling data for reporting purposes
• Proven experience as a BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects using Looker Studio preferably, or other tools like Tableau, Qlik,  Amazon QuickSight, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of SQL and database design, including relational and dimensional modeling
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools
• 1 year of experience using Python  (for ETL)
• Experience in GCP (BigQuery) will be a plus
• Experience in airflow will be a plus
• Experience in healthcare domain will be  a plus
• English is upper-intermediate or above

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Leverage DBT to transform and model data from raw sources to refined datasets suitable for reporting and analytics
• Design, develop, and implement BI reports and dashboards on top of DBT models using Looker Studio
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify issues or/and opportunities
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security across all reports and visualizations
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines with BI tools
• Continuously monitor BI solutions to ensure timely updates and performance improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
