Creating a plan for the whole day is not an easy task. And what if it is the whole week, month, or even longer? Right, there are a lot of apps to rescue us. There is though so much information to put in, especially when it comes to rescheduling. As well as, there are too many of us who schedule too many tasks and are bombarded with loads of notifications about unfinished ones. Todoist, a task management service, is about to solve the issue.

Their CEO, Amir Salihefendic, says that they have created several neural networks to help users with their day plans. The new Reschedule button will make the users’ life easier by suggesting new due dates for the overdue tasks.

First of all, Todoist learns from you. It remembers when you complete some routine tasks on a regular basis and assigns them to the same day. Moreover, it also cares about your workload and distributes the tasks evenly. Todoist knows when you finish your work and doesn’t schedule the assignments for “too late.”

Secondly, it learns from the entire user community. There are a lot of similar tasks named in the same way, for instance, “Urgent bug fixing.” For the service, it means that the task should be completed ASAP.

The last but not the least, the context (different types of tasks) helps Todoist distinguish between workdays and weekdays.

Of course, the users can change or decline suggestions. So now, the only thing left to do is to complete all those tasks you scheduled.
